1. Sesiones de Fotografía: Reserva y Cancelación

Organizar una sesión requiere bloquear una fecha en el calendario y, a veces, alquilar material o espacios. Por eso:

• Reserva: Para confirmar tu sesión, se requiere el pago de una señal (habitualmente el 30% del total). Esta señal no es reembolsable, ya que cubre los gastos de gestión y la reserva de la fecha.

• Cambio de fecha: Si necesitas posponer la sesión, avísame con al menos una semana de antelación. Haremos todo lo posible por buscar un hueco nuevo. Si avisas con menos tiempo, la señal podría perderse.

• Cancelación por mi parte: Si por fuerza mayor (enfermedad grave o accidente) no puedo asistir, te ofreceré una nueva fecha o la devolución total de lo pagado.

2. Productos Digitales (Descargas)

Debido a la naturaleza de los archivos digitales, no se admiten devoluciones ni cambios una vez que se ha proporcionado el enlace de descarga o se han enviado los archivos por email.

Nota legal: Al ser contenido digital que no se presta en soporte material, el derecho de desistimiento desaparece en el momento en que comienza la descarga o el envío, de acuerdo con la ley de consumidores.

3. Productos Impresos y Personalizados (Álbumes, Copias, Cuadros)

Aquí aplicamos la excepción de "bienes confeccionados conforme a las especificaciones del consumidor".

• No hay devolución por cambio de opinión: Al ser productos creados específicamente con tus fotos, no pueden volver a venderse a nadie más. Por tanto, no se admite el derecho de desistimiento.

• Garantía por defectos: Si el producto llega con un error de impresión evidente, daños por el transporte o es defectuoso, ¡no te preocupes! Tienes 48 horas desde la recepción para enviarme fotos del desperfecto y gestionaré la reposición sin coste alguno para ti.

4. Plazos de Entrega

• Primeras imágenes: Tras la sesión, recibirás una pequeña galería resumen de imágenes en un plazo de 3 días.

• Edición: En el caso de la galería final, el plazo de entrega final suele ser de 2-8 semanas (dependiendo de la carga de trabajo y el tipo de la sesión).

• Impresiones: Los laboratorios externos suelen tardar entre 4 y 10 días laborables más el envío.

5. Propiedad Intelectual y Uso

Como autor/a, mantengo los derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre las imágenes.

• Uso personal: Puedes imprimir tus fotos, compartirlas en redes sociales y disfrutarlas cuanto quieras.

• Uso comercial: No está permitido vender las fotos a terceros o usarlas para publicidad de marcas sin mi consentimiento previo por escrito.
